How to increase RAM/Speed in Bluestacks to make it faster

Hello Guys,
I am back with another cool trick of Bluestacks( An android Emulator- Which runs Android apps on PC/Laptop)

Today I am going to show you a trick on how to increase RAM/Speed of Bluestacks.
This increase the speed and makes the processes Faster than Before.

Just follow the Simple steps given below  :-

To make this Easier I have given the Guide with Pictures and a VIDEO on YOUTUBE too


Step 1: Check the RAM in bluestacks by going in Settings/Apps/Running (It would be approx 768mb By default)

Step 2: Close all the running Blustacks processes by HD-Quit  located in C:/Program files/Bluestacks/

Step 3: Now go to RUN (Ctrl+R) and type regedit

Step 4: Now go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/BLUESTACKS/GUESTS/ANDROID

Step 5: Now see on the Right hand side. Find MEMORY . Double click on it. Change to Decimal from Hexadecimal . You can see that the value is 768. Now Change it to 1024.

Note: Keep values according to the specifications of your PC. Dont SHARE more than half of your PC RAM .

Step 6: Now close it and RESTART your PC.

Step 7: Open BLUESTACKS.Go to the path as of STEP 1.You will be able to see that the total RAM would be Approx 850 MB Usable.

According to me this is the Maximum RAM which a blustack user can use.

 How to enable "Hey Cortana" in Windows 10

Microsoft is now letting everyone play with Cortana on the desktop and if you are trying to use the new 'Hey Cortana'feature and it is not working, I can help you out. This feature is turned off by default and you need to enable it so you can begin talking to the personal digital assistant. To enable 'Hey Cortana', open Cortana and click the hamburger button in the top left of the window and go to settings. At the bottom of the window, you will see the 'Hey Cortana' setting that you need to enable. After you enable this feature, you can begin to freely talk to Cortana but here are a couple tips to help you out. Once you say "Hey Cortana" you need to say your question or statement right after you say "Hey Cortana", do not wait for the app to open. If you wait too long, Cortana stays open and does not respond to the next words you say unless you say "Hey Cortana" again. Also, typing in your questions does not appear to be working nearly as well as spoken questions. We are still playing around with typing in queries to see if there is a better way to interact with the digital assistant and will let you know if I find a better way.

Disable Media Sensing in Windows

WHATS "MEDIA SENSING"?

"Media Sensing" is a new
feature in recent versions of Microsoft Windows that not many people aware of. In a Windows machine with Tcp/ip protocols, this feature automatically detects whether the
network media are in a "link" state. Ethernet network adapters and hubs typically have a "link" light that indicates the connection status. Whenever Windows detects a "down" state, for example, cable
unplugged, it automatically removes the bound protocols from that adapter until the adapter appears to be back up again.


WHY DISABLE IT?

In some situations, this
feature also introduces
issues. And again, because not many people aware of this feature, it is hard to find out what it really is and how to change it.
For example, some Windows users might have network card(s) with unstable link light. In this case, the link light on the network adapter is not reporting the status correctly even though the network card is still functioning. Windows would detect the changes of network status every once in a while, causing random and un-necessary protocol changes.
Another example, on some computers with multiple network adapters and multiple networks, and the users or administrators want to keep the networks completely seperate; Howerver, once an adapter goes down, Windows detects the failure and re-configure the protocols and might forward the network traffic to other adapters.


WANT LITTLE MORE?

This "Media Sense" feature basically updates the routing table depending on the new status of network adapters. With this, it is very much impossible to manually manage the network traffic since Windows keeps changing the routes automatically. Either you're in one of the above situations or you want to manage the network
manually, follow the below
procedures to disable this feature.

HOW TO DISABLE "MEDIA SENSING"?

1 > Open Registry Editor.

2 > Type 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters

3 > On the right panel, right-click and select "New" >> "DWORD
Value"

4 > Rename the new value
to "DisableDHCPMediaSense"

5 > Double-click on the new value "DisableDHCPMediaSense" and edit the "Value Data" to "1"

6 > Click OK and exit the registry editor, then restart Windows.

Best method to Repair your corrupted pendrive or Memory card

Their are many method available on the net for repairing the corrupted memory card but my favorite method is using cmd
It is the best method according to me which has repair my many memory card as well as pendrives
Their are many software available on the net which can repair memory card and pendrive but will b off trial period which will as for the purchase in the future or it will b a fake software ...

But This method which I'm going to tell you does not require any software download
we will just use a cmd to do our process and once our process gets over our corrupted memory card or pendrive will start working correctly....

carefully check out the process and do the same as said step-by-step

Step 1 - Open cmd (not in Admin mode)


Step 2 - Now type diskpart and press 'enter'

Step 3 - A new diskpart cmd window will appear we have to work on this window


Step 4 - Now on this window type list disk and press 'enter'. After you press enter it will show all the harddisk an external storage devices connected to the pc
select the external storage device connect ie. the corrupted memory card or pendrive
you will know this device by just seeing the size of the disk
mostly Disk 1 is the external storage device


Step 5 - Now type select disk 1 and press 'enter'


Step 6 - Now type clean and press 'enter'


Step 7 - Now type create partition primary and press 'enter'


Step 8 - Now type active and press 'enter'


Step 9 - Now type select partition 1 and press 'enter'


Step 10 - Now type format fs=fat32 and press 'enter'

After pressing enter the formating will start
let the format to get completed



Step 11 - After the completion of format process type exit and press 'enter'
which will exit the window


That's it your memory card or pendrive will start working properly

Turns out, the plural form of Microsoft's new tablet range rolls off of the tongue with ease , but understanding the differences between the first two models may not be quite as easy -- particularly for the everyman, or folks intimately familiar with Microsoft's other Surface. Two editions -- Surface for Windows RT and Surface for Windows 8 Pro -- were unveiled today in Los Angeles, and while the exterior  of each one looks nearly identical, the innards expose major differences in architecture. Well, for one, Microsoft's playing coy when it comes to both CPU speed and  available memory. Not unlike Apple and its iPad, actually. We're guessing that the company will try to push the user experience instead of focusing on pure specifications, and it's frankly about time the industry  started moving in that direction. Pure hardware attributes only get you so far, and judging by the amount of integration time that went into this project, Microsoft would be doing itself a huge disservice to launch  anything even close to not smooth-as-butter. It's worth pointing out that the ARM-based WinRT (psst -- you can catch up on what exactly Windows RT is here) model is both thinner and lighter than the version with Windows 8 Pro. Moreover, the battery  is sized up in the latter, presumably to handle the higher power drain of the 1080p panel and the Core i5  processor. Strangely, microSDXC and USB 3.0 are only supported on the Win8 Pro model; we're guessing it's either a platform limitation, or just run-of-the-mill cost cutting. That said, bundling Office with  the WinRT edition is apt to make Win8 Pro buyers salty; why not include it with the slate that'll be priced  like a laptop (i.e. well north of what a lot of buyers will be willing to pay)? While we're comparing and contrasting, it's also vital to note that the WinRT variant won't ship with a 1080p panel; Microsoft didn't get specific on screen resolution, but a paltry 1366 x 768 is going to look mighty pixelated sitting next  to a 1080p Win8 Pro sibling, a Retina-equipped iPad and ASUS' 1080p Zenbook / Transformer lines. Those looking for a complete Windows experience in the form of a tablet will obviously need to pony up  for the Windows 8 Pro model; those content with new, Metro-style apps engineered for Windows on ARM will likely save a few bucks by selecting that Surface. The real issue here is the murkiness when it comes to pricing. Microsoft is shying away from specifics, only saying that "pricing for Surface for Windows RT will be on par with other Windows RT tablets," and "pricing for Surface for Windows 8 Pro  will be on par with Ultrabook-grade laptops." Unlike Apple, Amazon and Barnes & Noble, Microsoft is in a  tricky situation; it can only do so much on its own before it ticks off those all-important OEMs that'll also  be making Windows-based slates in the near future, and undercutting those guys on pricing won't go over well in terms of business relationships. In fact, we'll be eagerly awaiting reactions from the likes of ASUS, Acer, HP, Toshiba, Dell and the rest of  the lot -- Microsoft just made itself a rival in a lot of ways, and only time will tell how prudent that decision was. It's also bizarre that Microsoft isn't opening up pre-orders on these right away. As we've seen with Palm, announcing a hugely hyped product with no concrete launch path and no way to get dollars  funneled in with pre-orders doesn't typically turn out well -- or, as well as it could have. It's also downright  worrisome that no battery life figures were bandied about. Windows-based tablets of the past have  always fallen short due to simply running out of gas in three to four hours, and today's tablet expectations  are far different than even a few years ago. Is it possible for a Windows 8 Pro tablet to last 6+ hours on a single charge? Only time will tell, but we sure wish MS would've provided some sort of idea from the get-go.
