If the ping results say 100% Packet Loss, most likely the site is inaccessible from that region.
 • who.is — If you like to know the contact address, email and phone number of the website owner, this free whois lookup service will help. This is a universal lookup service meaning it can simultaneously query the whois database of all popular domain registrars.
 • whoishostingthis.com — Enter the URL of any website and this online service will show you the name of the company where that website is hosted. This may come handl if you need the contact information of the web hosting provider for writing a DMCA Notice or if you are looking to switch web hosts.

(Solved) – Metro apps not getting Internet access Windows 8/8.1

There seems to be a problem with the Metro Apps in Windows 8 and 8.1 that suddenly
one day you find that most of your Metro apps can’t connect to Internet or can’t get the
 Internet access even if your Internet connection is working fine with all your desktop apps.
 Many people are facing this problem and getting the error “unable to connect to internet,
check your network connection” .
I myself faced this problem for past few days and then I searched all over the internet to
 find the solution for this. And I found number of threads on number of forums and this
 problem is discussed in Microsoft’s own forums but their Engineers couldn’t give the
perfect solution for this. They suggested some tips and settings and at last suggested
to refresh the Windows installation. But the same problem persisted even after refreshing.
That left me with a blank mind with nothing at all working but soon I discovered the problem and got a very easy solution for it. The solution to this problem is just the piece of cake! It’s so simple! Here it is:

Solution to run Metro Apps:

The solution for this very annoying problem is very easy, all you need to do is install one
software “Fiddler” , it is debugging tool which solves this problem. The cause of this problem
 is, Windows 8 blocks apps from using internet connection for security reasons. By
using this tool, we will give back the Internet access back to the Metro Apps.
First of all download Fiddler from this link: www.fiddler2.com
Now install the program, after the installation is completed, open the program, you will
see a screen like this:
fiddler (Solved) Metro apps not getting Internet access Windows 8/8.1
Now click on “Win8 Config” now another screen will appear like below on it click on
 “Exempt All” as shown in below screenshot:
fiddler2 (Solved) Metro apps not getting Internet access Windows 8/8.1

That’s all! Now go and check your apps are working! This simple solution will work
for most of the people and will end your months lasting query.
Hit like and share this article with your friends if it helped you.

Add apps to Nokia Menu S40 phones

To add an icon to the main menu we have any skills relating to the modification
*.1stIf you do not have aJADfile ...JADfile, you can easily create from a program:
JAD Creator
or
JAD Maker
I usedJADCreator
WE NEED TO KNOW AND GET
MIDlet NameandVendor MIDlet
*.2ndIf you have aJADfile ...If the application was attached to theJADfile, you do not have it already set up, but only a "preview" what's inside ... We are interested in is the same as above - the lineMIDletMIDlet NameandVendor.Ready application (JAD+JAR) to throw content, predefjava folder somewhere - wherever (whether the application or game, or directly in predefjava) - the phone itself can find them when you first start the phone.
*.3rdWe have prepared applications - and what's next?Now with content draw a very important file from - predefhiddenfolder \ predefmenus \ menusettings.xml and open it with a text editor (eg WordPad).
Its contents should look something like this:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>
<menu_settings>
<version major="1" minor="5" />
<mainmenuview value="list" />
<mainmenu>
<menuitem id="78" />
<menuitem id="73" />
<menuitem id="66" />
<menuitem id="67" />
<menuitem id="79" />
<menuitem id="69" />
<menuitem id="71" />
<menuitem id="70" />
<menuitem id="68" />
<menuitem id="72" />
<menuitem id="75" />
</mainmenu>
<idle_shortcuts>
<visual_indication value="off" />
<left_softkey id="3" />
<right_softkey id="2" />
<scroll_up id="23" />
<scroll_right id="51" />
<scroll_down id="2" />
<scroll_left id="5" />
</idle_shortcuts>
<gotomenu>
<menuitem id="37" />

<menuitem id="32" />
<menuitem id="17" />
<menuitem id="23" />
<menuitem id="37" />
</shortcutbar>
</menu_settings>

In <mainmenu> tag contains information about the display icons (in our case there are only the standard).
Now, between the markers and <mainmenuview> <version> <nativelinks> and add the tag line:
<nlink id="1">localapp://jam/launch?midlet-name=MIDlet Name;midlet-vendor=MIDlet Vendor</nlink>
The ID is the number of our icons (any). In place of the MIDlet Name write what was in the JAD file in mniejscu "MIDlet Name" - in my case TTPod, in place of the contents of the MIDlet Vendor "Vendor MIDlet" JAD file for the application. For example:
Application:  OperaMIDlet-Name: Opera MiniMIDlet-Vendor: Opera Software ASA
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>
<menu_settings>
<version major="1" minor="5" />
<nativelinks>

<mainmenuview value="labelgrid" />

We see the QRCode in all places but we dont' know how this shit work and why we use them .
We all know that we live in a world of technology so all the all the thing is bit quiter and smarter. QRCode is a very smart and tech way of our modern world.
QRCode is like a shortner of data.
Have you heard of QR codes yet? Here is a quick introduction:

What Are QR codes?

They look like this:QR code (abbreviated from Quick Response Code) is the trademark for a type of matrix barcode (or two-dimensional barcode) first designed for the automotive industry in Japan. A barcode is a machine-readable optical label that contains information about the item to which it is attached. A QR code uses four standardized encoding modes (numeric, alphanumeric, byte / binary, andkanji) to efficiently store data; extensions may also be used.
The QR Code system has become popular outside the automotive industry due to its fast readability and greater storage capacity compared to standard UPC barcodes. Applications include product tracking, item identification, time tracking, document management, general marketing, and much more.
A QR code consists of black modules (square dots) arranged in a square grid on a white background, which can be read by an imaging device (such as a camera) and processed using Reed–Solomon error correction until the image can be appropriately interpreted; data is then extracted from patterns present in both horizontal and vertical components of the image.

Mobile Phone Operating System

QR codes can be used in Google's Android, BlackBerry OS, Nokia Symbian Belle and Apple iOS devices (iPhone/iPod/iPad), as well as Microsoft's Windows Phone operating system, Google Goggles, 3rd party barcode scanners, and the Nintendo 3DS. The browser supports URL redirection, which allows QR codes to send metadatato existing applications on the device. mbarcode is a QR code reader for the Maemo operating system. In Apple's iOS, a QR code reader is not natively included, but more than fifty paid and free apps are available with both the ability to scan the codes and hard-link to an external URL. Google Goggles is an example of one of many applications that can scan and hard-link URLs for iOS and Android. BlackBerry 10 devices have a native QR reader as well as several third party readers. Windows Phone 7.5 is able to scan QR codes through the Bing search app.

How does the cell phone read the code?

The cell phone needs a QR code reader, like this one fromQRDroid It takes literally 1 minute for someone with an iPhone or Android phone to find and install the reader.

Change your smartphone into a powerful QR Code, Barcode, and Data Matrix scanning utility. Import, create, use, and share data in a matter of taps.
This intuitive, full-featured and multi-language QR utility will change the way you interact with QR Codes and their smart actions and activities.

How do you generate a code?

You can easily generate a QR code using a site like QRStuff orZxing you can use the Open Source code to generate codes for you if you have a smart developer on hand.
